The liquefied hydrogen unloading area of Qilu Tengxiang Chemical Plant, as a key area for loading and unloading hazardous chemicals, is constantly facing many safety hazards. Liquefied hydrogen has the characteristics of flammability, explosiveness, low temperature, and easy leakage. Once an accident occurs, the consequences are unimaginable. A slight mistake, such as pipeline rupture or inadequate valve sealing during unloading, can lead to hydrogen leakage. When exposed to open flames or static electricity, it may cause severe combustion or even explosion, posing a serious threat to the lives of surrounding personnel and factory facilities.

To enhance the fire safety guarantee capability of the area, three Junxunpu fire monitor with a range of 60 meters were installed in the unloading area, paired with stable turrets. These fire cannons have a rated pressure of 0.8 MPa and possess strong fire extinguishing capabilities. They can achieve long-distance high-altitude spraying fire extinguishing and can also use mist to present area based fire extinguishing. Through advanced remote control, operators can accurately control the fire monitor from a distance of no less than 150 meters, greatly ensuring the safety of personnel in emergency situations and avoiding the dangers that may arise from close range operations.

The remote operation function of the Junxunpu  fire cannon enables staff to quickly respond to sudden fires in a safe location and control the spread of the fire in a timely manner; The powerful spraying ability can effectively cover large areas and quickly extinguish fires.
