In the production process of ZHONGTIAN steel plant, high-temperature molten metal, a large amount of flammable materials, and complex electrical equipment coexist, and even a slight negligence may cause serious fire accidents. To effectively address these potential hazards, ZHONGTIAN Steel Plant has introduced Junxunpu fire cannons.

A total of 16 Junxunpu fire monitors were installed in the factory this time, each with a protection radius of 60 meters and a rated pressure of 1.0 MPa. It has two operation modes: remote control and on-site control box. Remote control operation enables workers to quickly respond to fires in safe areas far from danger, avoiding injury due to proximity to the fire source.

In addition, each fire monitor is equipped with a 200W high-definition camera. This camera can remotely monitor the on-site situation in real time. Once abnormalities such as smoke, open flames, etc. are detected, the monitoring personnel can quickly remotely control the fire monitor to rotate to the ignition position, start the fire pump, open the electric valve, and let the fire monitor immediately spray water to extinguish the fire. Through this series of efficient linkage, Junxunpu fire monitors have built a comprehensive and intelligent fire safety protection system for ZHONGTIAN steel plant, greatly enhancing the factory's ability to resist fire risks.
